I'm so super sorry that I have not been updating my blog for two weeks. Apparently, my entertainment blog is not a really entertaining one. However, never mind, I think the blog will just remain as it was previously ( like it does makes a difference )
Well, I suppose many of you wish to know how's NJ. Firstly, orientation just ended last Friday with a terrific dance party. Sadly, there wasn't any campfire due to the wet weather. I don't whether because campfire has something against me or what but this is like the third time the campfire was cancelled due to the wet weather. Anyway, there was mass dance too, something which I enjoy, especially the one " We are all in this together ". The war game was fun where everyone had to fill up water bombs and throw at the other clan. We, Ingstad, was against Alvarec. After the game, everyone was drenched to their toes. Also, there was external treasure hunt last Wednesday. It was an exercising day. We walked around Boon Lay and then went on to Woodlands in the afternoon. Totally tired...
Overall, although NJ's orientation may be tiring, it is fun. :) Yup, so that's about all today. Lessons are going to start officially next week. Mugging here, I come.
- Time does not wait for us. It has great wings that flies faster than the speed of lightning. We, mortals, do not hold the power to control it or even freeze it. We may wish to go back to the past and undo many of our mistakes or re-make a better decision, but these are all beyond our control. Therefore, we should treasure every minute and second that we have now. Let's make good use of all the time we have and not make the same faults again. Remember the time when you once make a mistake, and change it. Life shall be better live then. ( Reflections of a Poppins )

I found some interesting poems the other day and thought of sharing with my readers. These poems are adapted from Rupert Brooke 1914 and Other Poems.
A Memory ( From a sonnet - sequence ) By Waikiki
Some while before the dawn I rose, and stept Softly along the dim way to your room, And found you sleeping in the quiet gloom, And holiness about you as you slept. I knelt there; till your waking fingers crept About my head and held it. I had rest Unhoped this side of Heaven, beneath your breast. I knelt a long time, still; not even wept.
It was great wrong you did me; and for gain Of that poor moment's kindliness, and ease, And sleepy mother-comfort! Child, you know How easily love leaps out todreams like these, Who has seen them true. And love that's wakened so Takes all too long to lay asleep again.
Doubts
When she sleeps, her soul, I know, Goes a wanderer on the air, Wings where I may never go, Leaves her lying, still and fair, Waiting, empty, laid aside, Like a dress upon a chair... This I know, and yet I know Doubts that will not be denied
For if the soul be not in place, What has laid trouble in her face? And, sits there nothing ware and wise Behind the curtains of her eyes, What is it, in the self's eclipse, Shadows, soft and passingly, About the corners of her lips, The smile that is essential she?
And if the spirit be not there, Why is fragrance in the hair?
- Life is such a mystery.
